The Spring programme of fitness sessions for Active Rother working with Bodyshock Fitness start up next week on Tuesday April 8.
This follows the success of classes at the beginning of 2015 which saw 42 newcomers step up to start working with instructor James Boardman.
He said: “At the start of January we started a beginners fitness class that was linked with Active Rother. We would both work towards getting people active and off the sofa. We reduced the price to help all of those that wanted to make that change.
The classes are reduced in intensity and the focus is on mobility, quality movement, and building their fitness step by step.”
A lot of the guys found the introduction difficult but rewarding. We educated the guys with nutrition and hydration tips that would help them function during their everyday life’s, we promoted mobility exercises to do at home.”
Classes are from 6.30-7.15pm - for details go to Bodyshock Fitness or Active Rother on Facebook.
