Air ambulance called to emergency at West Wittering beach
An air ambulance has been called to a serious incident at West Wittering today (July 12).

The helicopter joined other emergency services including coastguard teams and paramedics at the beach following an incident at around 10am.
There are reports a horse rider was injured by their animal, but this has not been confirmed by the emergency services.
South East Coast Ambulance Service has been contacted for further information.
