If you are involved then we would love you to get in touch and let us know how you got on, sharing you experiences and pictures from the big weekend.

Sport Relief brings the entire nation together to get active, raise cash and change lives.

Since 2002, Sport Relief has raised over £262 million. The money raised by the public is spent by Comic Relief to help people living incredibly tough lives, across the UK and the world’s poorest communities.

There is an evening of televised events on BBC 1 on Friday 18, broadcasting live from Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and featuring many sporting stars and celebrities who are involved.

Sports Relief runs from Friday March 18 - Sunday 20 and there is still time to get involved in one of the many organised events taking place across the area or to sign up for you own solo challenge to raise money for the appeal.

Freedom Leisure sports centres at Hastings, Bexhill and Rye are holding Swimathons across the weekend to raise money for Sport Relief.
