The De La Warr Pavilion (DLWP) is calling for people to send in personal memories and stories to be part of a new exhibition.

The People’s History of the DLWP will celebrate the venue’s 80th birthday with a timeline made up of materials collected by the public.

The People’s Palace held a whole day of entertainment and 1930’s magic on December 12, to mark the anniversary.

Share personal stories and memories of the De La Warr Pavilion by sending them to or taking them to special collection days at the Pavilion.

From 11am-1pm and 2pm-4pm on Tuesday (January 12) and Thursday (January 14) and every Tuesday and Thursday until March 14.

As well as Saturdays, January 30, February 27, and March 26.

The exhibition will run from June 11, to July 31, and you can follow it on Twitter using the hashtag #bepartofourstory.
