Bexhill gardens to open for Hastings charity

TWO private gardens which have been featured in the national media are opening next week in aid of charity.

Clinches, the garden of Val Kemm in Collington Lane East, was featured in Amateur Gardener magazine while Pat Crouch's garden at 40a Barnhorn Road appeared on the BBC's Gardeners World programme. Both gardens will open on Sunday, June l to raise funds for Friary Gardeners, the Hastings-based charity which provides horticultural training for adults with disabilities.

Both gardens will delight both keen and armchair gardeners. Pat is a plantaholic and the garden features geraniums, cornus and over 60 varieties of clematis as well as a stile and a folly.
