• 53 St Leonards Road – alterations to form self-contained access to maisonette.

• 2 Bodiam Avenue – construction of wooden fence.

• 34 Glenleigh Avenue – garage conversion, changing a flat roof to a lean-to tiled roof. Putting Velux window in en-suite.

• Catley Court, Sutherland avenue – trees T9-T15 (7) growing in garden of Catley Court. Last work on trees was in 2003 when a few low branches were lopped. All trees now have branches overhanging Cranleigh Close, which are potentially a danger to pedestrians and vehicles. Request to have branches overhanging Cranleigh Close lopped by a tree surgeon.

• 36 and 38 Western Road – demolition of existing premises at 36 and 38 Western Road and construction of retail ground floor premises with residential units above.

• 33 Hastings Road – demolition of residential home.
