The 21 year old fell down between two rocks and had to be pulled to safety.

Three officers from Bexhill Community Fire Station took part in the rescue on Tuesday afternoon - they were joined by other members of the team from Battle.

Graham Leggatt commented: "She had tried to climb between two rocks and slipped, falling back down and becoming wedged between two rocks.

"The paramedics were there and the air ambulance. We attached the harness to a rope then

we managed to retrace her route back to where she had slipped down, and hauled her back out, then assisted her down the ladder. She was then taken away by air ambulance."
