The shareholders of South Cliff Chalets (Bexhill Centre & East) submitted the application recently asking to renew time-limited planning permission to retain four existing beach huts in South Cliff, Richmond Avenue.

A similar scheme by the same applicants was submitted in 2011 to the authority where permission was given by Rother District Council for five years.
