Bin lorry and car collide in Littlehampton

Police have confirmed there was a collision between a car and bin lorry this morning.

The incident happened at 6.57am on the junction of Ferry Road and Rope Walk, Littlehampton.

The car driver, a female aged 19, has sustained slight injuries – no one else was hurt.

While the road was not blocked, debris and an oil spill had to be removed causing some delays.
