BLODS ready to entertain with iconic show
In two weeks time BLODS will present their take on a world-famous piece of theatre - Jesus Christ Superstar.
This is one of Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber’s best-loved works, which celebrated its 40th anniversary having been staged on Broadway in 1971.
The rock opera, so called because it is sung from beginning to end and is set to rock music, catalogues the last seven days in the life of Jesus of Nazareth as seen through the eyes of Judas.
You can see the show at the De La Warr Pavilion from November 17-20 at 7.30pm, with a matinee on Saturday November 20 at 2.30pm.
