Bexhillians with asthma or other lung conditions can take advantage of a support group which meets on a monthly basis
Breathe Easy Bexhill is a peer support group for people living with a lung condition and their friends, family and carers.
It is based at Bexhill Health Centre, Holliers Hill, on the second Monday of each month from 1.30-3.30pm.
The group is run by members with support from the British Lung Foundation and Hastings and Rother Clinical Commissioning Group.
Refreshments are provided and there is plenty of time to socialise, in addition to hearing from a range of Health Care Professionals.
The January meeting (January 12) will focus on medications and how they work, February’s talk is on Breathlessness, exercises and management and the group is looking forward to hearing from Age UK East Sussex in March.
