Charity quiz and curry event raisesnearly £700

Sandra Goodsell, Fundraising Officer for the Trust says there was a fantastic atmosphere at the quiz which was completely sold out. “We are so grateful to everyone who helped make the event such a success,” she said, “And to all those who brought a team along and to everyone who donated prizes for the raffle.”

Quiz team ‘Call Me Brian’ scooped first prize of a box of chocolates.

The Trust extends ,a very big thank you, to Saleh Uddin and staff at The Chilli tree Restaurant for their generosity and support, Rick Hough for preparing the questions, quiz master Paul White, Dee Blake and the Sara Lee Trust Fundraising Group for organising the event.
