Choir set to make a big noise at the Stade

Saturday July 25 sees Vocal Explosion world music choir hit the stage at the Stade Open Space for this week’s Stade Saturdays free concert.

Cllr Dawn Poole said: “Vocal Explosion is an award winning, open community choir and over the past few years they have been performing to packed houses.

“With male and female singers of all ages they sing original compositions by choir conductor Juliet Russel, together with a mix of traditional Gospel, African and Eastern European Music.

“For this performance they will be joined by some of the finest musicians in the South East including violinist Garry Blakely and a smouldering Afro-Latin percussion section.”
