John Hunnisett explained the difference between a historic bicycle and modern ones, followed by a long questions and answers session.

Ray Konyn, organiser of the Classic Cycle Group said: "We were amazed by the energy and enthusiasm displayed by the children and their stream of intelligent questions which showed a deep understanding of the environmental and health benefits of cycling and also a strong grasp of the mechanics".

The Bexhill Classic Cycle Group meet 7.00pm every Tuesday in the car park adjoining the De La Warr Pavillion for a short cycle ride and social with The Bexhill Wheelers - except the last Tuesday of each month when they meet at The Mermaid Bar, The Sackville, De La Warr Parade. All are welcome to join in.
