“A man of many talents Russell has featured in lots of films including St Trinian’s, Get Him to the Greek, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Despicable Me, Rock of Ages and many more. The actor turned political activist and campaigner had a massive voice in the recent British elections as he endorsed a system based on the massive redistribution of wealth to replace the status quo. He voiced his campaign through a web series called The Trews and has amassed over 10 million twitter followers.

“Most importantly Brand has had a huge success in his career as a stand-up and has been performing for over 15 years. He launched his first nationwide tour Shame in 2006, which was released on DVD as Russell Brand: Live, his second nationwide tour the following year called Russell Brand: Only Joking and was also released on DVD as Russell Brand: Doin’ Life. He then took his tour to the US and recorded shows on Comedy Central in New York, then converting that to an international tour Scandalous in 2009. His last show Messiah Complex was in 2013, which he tackled advertising, drug addictions and the portrayal of heroes. Now in October 2015 he is performing across Australia and New Zealand, but is warming up his tour in Worthing this September.”
