The England Netball ‘Back 2 Netball’ programme returns to the basics of the game to refresh your memory about the rules and train to regain your skills.

You can expect great fitness gains too with each one hour session burning up to 660 calories.

The programme has been devised by England Netball and will be delivered by highly qualified netball coaches at Bexhill Leisure Centre.

“Netball is a great team sport but many women stop playing once they leave school,” says Paul Norris, Freedom Leisure Centre Manager. “Back 2 Netball is perfect for those who want to play the sport without the pressure of competing or committing to a team.”
