FRESH PLEA AFTER DEATH CRASH

POLICE are renewing an appeal for witnesses to an horrific M11 pileup which killed a Bexhill man.

Roger Farley, 45, a father of two teenage boys, from London Road, died when his car burst into flames at the start of the Bank Holiday weekend. Three other people died in the accident on Friday August 24, which involved four cars and three HGVs, including a transporter.

Essex Police have asked for motorists using the M11 at about 2.15pm to come forward if they saw anything.

A white articulated lorry driven by a 45-year-old man from German, collided into the back of a line of traffic waiting to join the M25.

He has since been charged with four counts of causing death by dangerous driving.
