Geri spices up Marine's life!

IT s not every Marine who gets sexy Geri Halliwell riding piggy-back - but local lad Nick Dargan s luck was in at her second show for troops in Oman!

Hunky Royal Marine Commando Nick, 20, found himself doing press ups on stage as the stunning, petite pop star sat astride him to belt out a hit!

It doesn t look as if super fit Nick, who used to play in Hastings and Bexhill rugby team, had any problem bearing the weight of Geri, in her skimpy black briefs and top.

Nick e-mailed the Observer from the shimmering 47C heat of Oman to say: Eat your heart out Barry and Chris (two old school friends from the Grove)!

He added: I had a thoroughly wonderful time on stage with Geri, she is a wonderful person!

Nick was selected by the Royal Marines to go on stage with geri, who called out his name at the concert.

Mum Denise Dargan, of Bexhill, said: He text messaged me to say he was on stage with Geri and asked if it was on television if we could record it! He said he was seduced on stage by Geri Halliwell!

When the picture of Geri sitting astride Nick, who is a well-known local sportsman, appeared in a national paper, Nick s brother, Michael, phoned their mum and she rushed out to get a copy.

I thought oh my God when i saw it! laughed Denise.

Nick s twin sister Leigh was also excited about it and said she couldn t believe it, said Denise.

He went out to Oman three weeks ago, it had been planned for a long time to go out. He s got a lot of friends in Hastings, he was home for a week before he went away, she said.

It s worrying now with the situation over there. We can send letters on the internet for free to him.

She said her latest e-mail from nick said how hot it was and asked for bottles of sun tan lotion to be sent as quickly as possible!

Denise said Nick loved it in the Marines. He would not change it for anything in the world, she said. The basic training is the hardest in the whole of the services.

Nick, a former Grove School pupil at Hastings, was in Hastings and Bexhill Rugby team and ran for Hastings Athletic Club so he should be the envy of his mates.

Sports-mad Nick, who joined up four years ago, also won the Royal Marine novices flyweight championship in Lympstone central training camp three months ago.
