Link Road opening date to be announced

The opening date of the Bexhill Hastings Link Road will be announced on Wednesday (December 16).

East Sussex County Council is holding a press conference where the date is due to be officially announced.

The road’s opening has been pushed back many times over the years.

The 5.6km route was originally scheduled to open back in May, with work delayed due to a wet winter and sodden summer, but this date was then moved to the autumn.
