Man on child porn charges

A BEXHILL man facing child pornography charges has been ordered by a court not to associate with children.

Nigel Trevelion Murch, 55, of Collington Lane West, entered no plea when he appeared at Hastings Magistrates Court last week.

He faces 15 charges of possessing indecent images of children, a charge of distributing indecent material of a child and a further charge of possessing an extreme pornographic image.

The charges relating to the images cover all levels of seriousness of scale.

Murch was committed to stand trial at Crown Court on Friday November 5.

He was granted bail on the condition that he is not to remain unsupervised in the company of anyone under the age of 18.
