New vicar for St Stephen's
MEMBERS of St Stephen's Bexhill welcomed the Reverend Timothy Voltzenlogel as their new vicar at a service conducted by the Archdeacon of Lewes and Hastings, the Venerable Philip Jones, last month.
The congregation was joined by visitors from All Saints Eastbourne, where Tim had been a curate, and from Church Langley, Harlow, Essex, where he had been the minister for the past six years.
Bexhill mayor Stuart Wood and the Chairman of Rother District Council and other civic leaders attended the service as did representatives from other local churches.
Tim said “I am delighted to be in Bexhill and looking forward to my new ministry at St Stephen’s.”
