Ninfield school present replica Spitfire
A WOODEN replica Spitfire was presented to the Battle branch of the Royal British Legion by Ninfield Primary School last Friday.
The plane had been built by parent and teacher helper Caroline Ballard and her family, for the World War Two project undertaken by the Year 5 class this term.
Having finished with the model, it was decided to donate the replica to the Legion.
It was decorated with poppies for the occasion.
