Oliver's fundraising success

He raised £230 in just two hours by playing violin.

Eleven year old Oliver March, of Terminus Avenue, performed carols outside Sainsbury's to raise funds for St Michael's Hospice.

He delighted shoppers with his repertoire of Christmas songs and carols, including his favourite War Is Over, and Winter Wonderland.

Oliver, a pupil at St Richard's college, has been learning piano and violin since he was six years old and completed grade 4 in violin and grade 3 in piano.
