A Merry Christmas from Chestnut Tree
Christmas is one of my favourite times of the year. The shops are full of wonderful gifts and there are Christmas Trees everywhere with beautiful decorations and lights. Many of us are spending time with our loved ones, often being joined by extended family members who we do not see very often. We all eat too much and it is a great time to relax and watch the Christmas specials on television or get out the traditional board games and puzzles from the loft. My children still have an advent calendar to count off the days and Santa still fills their stockings.
It is these memories, those that will never be forgotten, that are so precious to us, these are the memories our community nurses are working so hard to help to give the children and families that we care for at Chestnut Tree. That is why it is so important that we make every Christmas special with memories galore that will last a life time.
