A couple of weeks ago my husband and I walked along the seafront, we watched a man take his dog down onto the beach

The dog ran on to the pebbles, stooped down and did his business, his owner saw him but carried on walking to the waterside.

He made no attempt to go and clean up after him so my husband went down and told him what the dog had done, he said he had no bags!

Then one evening this week I walked along the prom and watched a man let his dog do the same on the children’s fountain area by the De La Warr pavilion.

I asked him if he was going to clean it up and he said he had to go and get a bag. Of course it was still there the next day.

Surely these owners should make sure they have bags in their pockets when they leave home or leave them with the dog’s lead? Its totally unacceptable and disgusting behaviour
