Bexhill’s bandstand shelter must be renovated

From: Robin Lloyd, Lavant Close, Little Common

Having read of the Cabinet’s meeting to discuss the renovation of the Victorian bandstand I sincerely hope and trust they find the money needed to proceed.

Having enjoyed many exercise walks along our promenade it has been a joy to see our Victorian shelters being redecorated in such bright and vivid colours enhancing our sea front, to the extent that even visitors from Eastbourne and Hastings enjoy it more than their own.

Let’s continue to embrace our Victorian heritage.
