Her maiden name was Jill Stevenson formerly of Bexhill.

Her father owned a green grocery in Devonshire Road, Bexhill, and I delivered orders for him where I met and courted Jill. I emigrated to New Zealand in December, 1959. I know Jill relocated to St Leonards and understand she may have moved to Winchelsea in the 1960s.
