How will road cope with traffic?

I have just read about the proposals to build two restaurants on land at Glyne Gap.

Aside from the question as to whether Bexhill needs yet more restaurants (albeit on the outskirts of the town), how on earth will the currently inadequate roundabout cope with the additional traffic?
