Now is the time for change

So, Rother would like us to believe that the limited return for the first part of the consultation was down to lack of desire for change, rather than lack of effort to inform on their part.

The fact that the majority who did send a return wanted change speaks volumes. Well, we now have an opportunity to show them exactly how we feel about their game-play.

In stage 2, from September 1, we need to show how much we do want change.

We know ourselves, that when we were working full time, with families to deal with as well, it was difficult to find time to take an interest in the local council.

So the older ones among us need to urge the young and busy to take a few minutes to pop into the Community Help Point and fill in a return for Stage 2, collect a postcard from our councillor or fill in the response online. Now is the time for change.
