These rules are being ignored on a daily basis. At the time of writing a Campervan has been on the car park none stop for 72 hours and appears to be over the 3-5 tonne limit. On Sunday, 2nd August four campervans spent the night there. I have kept my local councillor informed. Today I ‘phoned the R.D.C. to ask who was responsible for ensuring that the rules were complied with. After waiting for fifteen minutes my call was answered and the young lady said that she would put me through to a “voice mail” in the correct department. I was cut off straight away.

If no one is going to enforce these rules, why bother with them?
