Red card fordog owners?

IN REPLY to Mrs Southon, who wrote a letter regarding litter at Little Common Rec, I would like to suggest that maybe the dog walkers should pick up their dogs mess that they leave on the football pitches for the youngsters to tread in.

There are plenty of bins around the field for dog walkers to use.

When I am putting nets up on both Saturdays and Sundays at 7am in the morning, there are plenty of dog walkers to be seen.

Because it is early they think they can get away with it.

Well, I am afraid it is unacceptable - how would they feel if their children or grandchildren trod it in their car or house?

Also there are plenty of others that use the rec and drop litter but it always best to blame the footballers!
