WE'VE all heard of fantasy football - now its time for would-be squad managers to step aside in favour of finance.
Today’s second interesting idea is the launch of Rother District Council’s online ‘game’ where residents are given choices in how they might spend its budget.
We understand the software has been set up so people can become virtual councillors, deciding what should be spent where and what impact this would have on the wider community.
What might look like a piece of fun on the surface is backed by a much more serious issue - ie what would you do if you were a local authority faced with massive cutbacks?
It’s certainly worth a go...
