Services between Norwood Junction London Bridge have been cancelled or diverted due to a 30cm hole which was spotted under the tracks near Forest Hill at 3am today.

A larger four metre deep hole was also discovered back in June a short distance away from where today’s hole was found.

Both have now had twitter accounts created in light of the incidents.

@foresthillhole, a parody account set up for the 30cm hole, tweeted: “I’M BACK #ForestHill”

Delays are expected to last until 6pm and commuters are being advised to avoid London Bridge this evening.
