Pebsham school's voyage into 'Space'

PEBSHAM school became mission control, transforming their hall into a launchpad for a day in order to blast off their School Learning Journey, 'Space'

The countdown to the day's adventure began with children and staff attending school dressed in appropriate attire, either for space travel or as aliens, and was another successful learning venture for the school, exploring the realms of outer space with imaginative ideas and workshops.

Head teacher Pat Strickson said: " The hall was turned into a 'launchpad' for the 'Pebsham Patriot'. Everyone was given passes for their intergalactic voyage and space-themed activities, such as our 'Spacescape' art workshop, which took place during the day."
