Award winning Hastings baker is back in the kitchen for lockdown

Award winning baker Emmanuel Hadjiandreou is back in the kitchen and baking bread again during the current lockdown.

Hastings based Emmanuel has a real passion for artisan bread. Having trained as a baker in South Africa, he has baked around the world.

In the UK, Emmanuel has worked for Flour Power, Gordon Ramsay, Daylesford Organic and Judges Bakery. His bread was often on sale at the Crown pub in Hastings Old Town.

He has published a successful series of books on bread making.

Each week he will be baking poppy seed sourdough bloomers, French-style sourdough and 3 malt sourdough, all at £4 per loaf. Pre-order your loaves by emailing [email protected]

Baking for collection takes place every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Collect from Capsule clothes shop, 17 Courthouse Street between 11am-1pm on your chosen day.
