Dead sheep found on beach near Bexhill
A dead sheep has been found on a beach at Cooden, Bexhill.
The animal was spotted by Alex Hicks and his mum at about 6pm on Sunday evening (March 28).
It was reported to both the RSPCA and Rother District Council. Rother District Council have been approached for more information.
In December, two dead porpoises washed up on Cooden beach, one with its tail cut off.
In January last year, a dead horse washed up along the coast in St Leonards.
It was not clear how it came to be in the water but it was thought to have washed ashore during the high winds caused by Storm Brendan. Hastings Borough Council organised its disposal on that occasion.
