Seal spotted on St Leonards beach
A seal has been spotted on the beach at St Leonards this afternoon (Friday, July 10) drawing a large crowd of passers-by.
John Bownas, who is on the beach, said the animal has an injured flipper.
He said he and a number of others are keeping people and dog walkers away from the seal.
The RSPCA have been called to the scene and are reportedly on their way.
There have been a number of seal spottings on Bexhill beach in recent days.
