"She is the Queen of Hastings and the Queen of our hearts.

"She was always there when people needed help. She always had time for everyone. You could always guarantee she was up for a laugh."

Cindy spent many years working in pubs across Hastings, in particular the Old Golden Cross, in Havelock Road.

Her children said she loved that pub and met many of her friends there.
