Hastings police have donated £300 to Hastings and Bexhill Rugby Club, based at the Ark William Parker Academy in Park Avenue, Hastings.

The donation will be used to purchase some new kit for the girls team.

Cinnamon McManus, the club’s social secretary said: “Thank you very much Sussex Police for the kind donation which will go a long way towards helping the girls get their team kit.” The donation comes from the Police Property Act Fund (PPAF), which raises cash by selling property confiscated from criminals.
