Police renew appeal for '˜vulnerable' missing man

Police are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a Bexhill man who has not been seen for more than a fortnight.

Kayley Hunnisett, 38, was reported missing from his home in Collingwood Avenue on Tuesday, June 20.

He is described as white, 5’7” and of skinny build. He has short, dark brown hair, a tanned complexion and a goatee beard and moustache.

He is believed to be wearing a black tracksuit top, black jeans, a light blue sweater and dark blue or black shoes with green stripes.

Kayley is known to use public transport with great knowledge and likes to go to places he has never been before, according to police. He also likes the sunshine and being outside.

PC Keren Moore, of the Hastings and Rother missing persons team, said: “Kayley is considered vulnerable because he has mental health issues. There have been possible sightings of him in Cardiff, Tunbridge Wells and Eastbourne over the past two weeks but unfortunately no certainty.”

PC Moore said an appeal for help in establishing Kayley’s whereabouts was being renewed. Anyone with information is asked to email [email protected], report details online here or phone 101, quoting serial 691 of 20/08.
