Sizzling success for school’s summer fair

The sun shone down on St Mary’s Special School and 6th Form College in Wrestwood Road on Saturday for its annual summer fair.

The event, which raised £3,200 was well supported by parents, ex-students, staff and the local community which turned out in its hundreds making the event happy and enjoyable.

Attractions included a strawberries and cream, the ever popular Pimms tent, barbecue, games and stalls. St Mary’s would like to thank everyone including the Bexhill Lions and Rotary, who either attended the fayre, made a donation or gave up their spare time to help on the day.
