‘Small’ fuse box fire in Bexhill

Fire crews extinguished a ‘small fire’ in a fuse box in Bexhill last night (Monday, January 4).

East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service were called to reports of a fire in Park Road.

Three appliances from Bexhill and Hastings were mobilised to the incident at around 11.10pm.

Crews used a CO2 extinguisher to put out the small fire which had started in a fuse box.

Firefighters left the scene at about 12.40am this morning (Tuesday).
