Suspicious fire in Sidley out building

A fire at a property in Sidley was attended by East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service last night and it is being treated as suspicious.

Two fire appliances from Bexhill and Bohemia Road and one officer were mobilised to the incident on North Road at 8pm on Wednesday (July 29).

On arrival they found a small fire in an out building of the property.

Crews used one hose reel jet and two breathing apparatus to tackle the flames.

Sussex Police were also in attendance.
