Town Forum to hear of regeneration plans

REGENERATION proposals for Bexhill will be among the issues before the Town Forum when it meets in All Saints' Church, Sidley, on Tuesday, June 10.

The 6.30pm meeting will receive a report from Rother director of services Tony Leonard and head of regeneration Graham Burgess.

Rother chief executive Derek Stevens will give an overview of the district council's role and responsibilities.

Representatives of town organisations will also receive a report from Acting Chief Inspector Heather Keating on neighbourhood policing.

St Michael's Ward Rother member Cllr Charles Clark will explain the results of the residents' survey he recently conducted in the ward.

The meeting will elect a chairman and vice chairman for the coming year and will include tome for members of the public to address the forum on local issues.
