Roadworks continue to cause long delays between Hastings and Bexhill
Motorists travelling between Hastings and Bexhill have been experiencing long delays for the past two days due to roadworks.

The gas works on Bexhill Road, close to the Bulverhythe area, have seen temporary traffic lights installed since Tuesday (October 20).
During rush hour, motorists have reported queues back to Grosvenor Gardens heading westbound and stretching back to Glyne Gap heading eastbound.

Hide AdThis afternoon, one motorist said it took him 25 minutes to travel from Glyne Gap to Harley Shute Road at 2.30pm.
The roadworks are causing delays on other roads nearby as motorists attempt alternative routes.
Bexhill Road has seen long delays throughout today (Wednesday, October 21) and yesterday (Tuesday, October 20) as a result of the works.
