The A259 at Littlehampton is reported to have opened again following an overnight incident between the Bodyshop roundabout and the Mill Lane roundabout.

There is reported to have been a fire service incident on the A26 at Southease on the main carriageway, more news as we get it.

Network Rail is carrying out planned engineering works this weekend across the county and passengers are asked to check their journey before they travel.

Highways England is advising drivers making essential journeys in Sussex this weekend to plan ahead and leave extra time for their journey as a number of overnight closures on parts of the M20 and M23 will be in place for essential maintenance.
