TRAVEL ALERT: Accident on A259 causing long delays

Bexhill Police tweeted at 5pm that the accident had taken place at the Glyne Gap roundabout.

Long delays are expected until around 7pm and drivers are asked to consider using alternative routes.

* The Observer received reports just after 6pm this evening to say the road is now clear.
