Trump goes up in flames.

Donald Trump was the target of Sussex Bonfire once again when his effigy met a fiery end at Robertsbridge on Saturday.

Wind and rain abated for the procession of flaming torches which made its way from Station Road and the High Street to the fire site on the recreation ground.

Robertsbridge led the procession with its cowled monks and famous Roman Centurions. They were joined by bonfire societies and drumming groups from across Sussex.

Bonfire societies did have to cross a stream of rain-water to get onto the fire site but were rewarded by Trump going up in flames and a spectacular firework display.
