Tuneful fundraiser for hospice

Charters Ancaster School pupils love to sing and put their best voices on show to help raise funds for St Michael's Hospice.

The children sang carols to entertain shoppers in Hastings Priory Meadow Shopping Centre and in all over 1,300 was raised on the day for the Hospice.

Jenny Tyrell the Fundraising co-ordinator at the hospice commented "I had particular admiration for the children as they behaved and performed so beautifully. I was both amazed and delighted by the amount raised".
