Volcano at Charters Ancaster
Charters Ancaster Nursery and Preparatory erupted when pupils set off their model volcanoes.
As part of their geography syllabus the children of Form 4 have been learning about volcanoes, and to better illustrate this they built papier-mch models which they then took into the school grounds to activate.
"This practical experiment helps the children to better understand how a volcano works" commented their teacher Mrs Moore. "All the children were excited and impressed with their own personal volcano".
